Job Description:

A Childcare Teacher nurtures and educates young children in preschools, daycare centers, or early childhood programs.

 

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Monitor and supervise children’s behavior, activities, and interactions.

Provide individualized attention and support to each child’s development.

Collaborate with parents or guardians to share progress and insights.

Administer basic care routines, including feeding and hygiene.

Introduce early learning concepts, social skills, and creativity.

Ensure a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
