Job Description:
An Event Crew member is responsible for executing various tasks during events, contributing to the setup, operation, and teardown phases.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading equipment, materials, and supplies.
Set up and arrange event spaces according to specifications.
Operate audiovisual equipment, lighting, and stage elements as required.
Provide support to performers, speakers, and participants during events.
Ensure the event runs smoothly by addressing any logistical issues that arise.
Help manage crowd flow, safety, and overall attendee experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient event operations.
Participate in post-event cleanup and equipment storage.
