Job Description:
Home Tutors provide one-on-one or group academic support to students outside of traditional classroom settings.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Assess students’ academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans.
Deliver effective teaching methods and explanations for various subjects.
Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
Provide guidance on study skills, time management, and organization.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate with parents or guardians about students’ performance.
