Annual Salary Range: SGD 30,000 – SGD 48,000

 

Job Summary:

The Administrator will handle general office duties, assist various departments, manage records, and ensure effective communication within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
  • Assist in office supply management and vendor coordination
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
  • Provide general support to staff and management

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
