Annual Salary Range: SGD 36,000 – SGD 60,000 

 

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will assist project managers in organizing ongoing projects, managing documentation, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
  • Maintain project documentation such as contracts, progress reports, and schedules
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, flagging delays or issues as needed
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate project communication
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations
  • Track procurement, budgets, and inventory (if applicable to the role)

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
