Job Responsibilities

Take incoming calls from customers for various reasons such as, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.

  • Handling administrative duties
  • Customer service (calls, text, emails)
  • Other ad-hoc duty assign

  • Precise and meticulous in work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
