Annual Salary Range: SGD 60,000 – SGD 100,000 (based on experience)
Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze data and processes, and recommend improvements. You will play a key role in shaping strategies, optimizing workflows, and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows
- Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements
- Work closely with IT, data teams, and project managers to implement solutions
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management activities
- Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements based on insights
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and project management software (e.g., JIRA)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with data modeling or process mapping (e.g., BPMN, UML) is advantageous
