Annual Salary Range: SGD 30,000 – SGD 48,000 (depending on experience)

 

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Executive will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements
  • Assist in preparing reports and customer feedback summaries

 

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customers professionally
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
