Educator

Annual Salary Range: SGD 36,000 – SGD 60,000

Job Summary:

As an Educator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective lessons, inspiring students to reach their full potential, and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to curriculum objectives
• Facilitate a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and colleagues
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions
• Support the holistic development of students, including social-emotional learning

Requirements:

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and working with learners of various ages
• Familiarity with [subject-specific or curriculum-related] methodologies is a plus
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs
