Annual Salary Range: SGD 48,000 – SGD 78,000
Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and technical teams to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and technical coordination
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans
- Monitor site progress and ensure work aligns with engineering standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare documentation such as method statements, progress reports, and QA/QC checks
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to local regulations and codes
Requirements:
- Good understanding of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of local construction codes and safety practices (if applicable)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and on-site when required
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other technical software is an advantage
