Project Manager

Annual Salary Range: SGD 72,000 – SGD 108,000 

 

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. You will ensure that projects are completed within scope, time, and budget, while managing risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles, from initiation to completion
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or Asana)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
