Job Summary:
The Purchasing Manager will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services to support business operations. You will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier performance, and ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers
- Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and procurement budgets
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues
- Lead and mentor the procurement team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Requirements:
