Annual Salary Range: SGD 60,000 – SGD 95,000

 

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Manager will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services to support business operations. You will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier performance, and ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with company goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers
  • Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and procurement budgets
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
