Minion Land officially opened on 14 February 2025 at Universal Studios Singapore, replacing the former Madagascar zone. Created in collaboration with Universal Creative, Illumination, and Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), it immerses guests in the whimsical world of Despicable Me and the Minions.

Three Distinct Areas

1. Gru’s Neighbourhood
   Step into Gru’s suburban home and secret lab. The flagship attraction here is Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, a 3D motion simulator that hilariously turns you into a Minion in Gru’s latest scheme. The zone also features the “Minute of Minion Mayhem” street show and various character meet-and-greets.
2. Minion Marketplace
   This colorful village flaunts three immersive shops:
   • Sweet Surrender: Candy‑themed emporium topped with a giant jawbreaker installation.
   • Pop Store: Trendy Minion‑flavored apparel and accessories.
   • Fun Store: Plush toys, souvenirs, and playful merchandise.
3. Super Silly Fun Land
   A seaside carnival inspired by the film’s memorable theme park scene:
   • Buggie Boogie – A world‑first Minion dance‑party carousel exclusive to USS, where you ride space-bugs to remixed Minion tunes by DJ Carl.
   • Silly Swirly – A whimsical swing ride with lagoon views.
   • Carnival games include Space Killer, Ba-Na-Na CaBaNa, and other Minion‑driven kiosks.
