Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and conducting interviews.
Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll administration.
Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Contribute to HR initiatives, such as employee engagement and culture-building.
