Job Description:
- IT Support professionals provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware and software.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries, issues, and requests related to IT services.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Provide remote or on-site technical support to users.
- Document and track user issues and resolutions.
- Educate users on IT best practices and usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement updates and improvements.
- Assist in the procurement and setup of IT equipment.
