- A Sales Engineer combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to propose technical solutions to clients.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create proposals and presentations.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and explanations to clients.
- Address technical inquiries, concerns, and objections from clients.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and tailor solutions for clients.
- Assist in identifying product improvements and enhancements.
- Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients post-sale.
